Sizing is where a lot of installations go wrong. Too small and the unit runs flat out on a hot day without ever catching up. Too large and you get short-cycling, excess humidity, and higher running costs. We assess your room’s floor area, ceiling height, insulation, window placement, and sun exposure before recommending a unit. You’ll get the right size, not just the easiest one to quote.
Our fixed quote covers all labour, standard copper refrigerant piping up to 3 metres, electrical connection to your switchboard, drainage piping, wall penetrations, brackets, and post-install testing. If your job requires additional pipe runs, we’ll tell you upfront and factor it into the quote before we start. Nothing changes on the day.
Both work. We supply and install all major brands including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, ActonAir, Fujitsu, and Samsung. If you’ve already purchased a unit, we’re happy to install your own supply. Either way, the workmanship guarantee applies.
For freestanding homes, generally no. For apartments and strata properties, you may need approval from your body corporate before any installation takes place. We can advise you on what’s typically required and provide the documentation your strata manager needs. Worth sorting before booking to avoid delays on the day.
