What We Can Help You With
From a single power point to a full home rewire, we handle residential electrical work of all sizes across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and Lower North Shore.
An outdated switchboard is one of the most common causes of electrical faults, and one of the most overlooked. We replace old ceramic fuse boxes with modern circuit breakers, install safety switches that meet current standards, and make sure your home is properly protected.
Need extra power points in the kitchen? A GPO added to the garage? A power point that stops working at random? We'll sort it out cleanly and efficiently, without unnecessary damage to your walls.
Whether it's a single fitting or a full LED downlight conversion across your home, Adolfo brings a genuine eye for lighting design. It's one of his specialities. You'll get practical advice, not just a price.
Installed properly, a ceiling fan does a lot of work. We handle wiring, mounting, and switching, and make sure the unit is balanced and quiet before we leave.
Something isn't right but you can't put your finger on it. That's fine. Tracking down intermittent faults and electrical gremlins is one of the things we do best.
Electrical problems don't keep business hours. We're available after hours for genuine emergencies, so you're not left without power or in an unsafe situation overnight.
We supply and install hardwired and interconnected smoke alarms that comply with Australian standards, including the updated NSW requirements for rental and owner-occupied homes.
Older homes often have wiring that's no longer safe or up to the demands of modern living. We assess, advise, and rewire, keeping disruption to a minimum throughout.
Extending or renovating? We work alongside builders and other trades to get the electrical right from the start, so there are no costly surprises once the walls go up.
Why Sydney Homeowners Keep Calling Adolfo Back
Adolfo quotes every job upfront. No hourly rates creeping up, no add-ons, no final bill that looks nothing like the estimate. What he quotes is what you pay.
One of our clients called after a water leak caused a short circuit late at night. Adolfo picked up, talked her through making the home safe, and was there first thing the next morning to fix it.
What Our Customers Say
Botany · Coogee · Randwick · Newtown · Marrickville and beyond
"Adolfo was absolutely fantastic. Came out the same day, explained everything clearly, and the job was done exactly as quoted. No surprises on the invoice. Already booked for our lighting upgrade."
"We had a mains upgrade done. Adolfo handled the whole thing including the network coordination — I didn't have to chase anyone or figure out the Level 2 process myself. Brilliant."
"The pendant lighting completely transformed our dining room. Adolfo had ideas I hadn't thought of and the result is stunning. He clearly loves what he does. Highly recommend."
"Arrived on time, did exactly what was quoted, cleaned up after themselves. That combination puts them ahead of 90% of tradies I've dealt with. I only call A.SAL for anything electrical now."
"Used A.SAL for our cafe fit-out. Adolfo understood our brief immediately and worked around trading hours. The garden lighting out the front has made a huge difference to evening ambience."
"Used A.SAL three times. Outdoor lighting, a switchboard upgrade, and a full renovation rewire. Every time: on time, on quote, clean, and Adolfo is a genuinely good bloke. Five stars, every time."
Frequently asked questions
We proudly serve Sydney’s Bayside, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Lower North Shore and surrounding areas. Not sure if we cover your area? Give us a call and we’ll let you know straight away.
It depends on the age and condition. Homes built before the 1980s often have wiring that’s either at the end of its service life or not rated for the load of a modern household. The only way to know for sure is to have it assessed. We’ll give you an honest answer, and if nothing needs doing, we’ll tell you that too.
We quote every job upfront before we start, so you know exactly what you’re up for. No hourly surprises, no hidden call-out fees. If the scope changes (which can happen with older homes once we get in and have a proper look), we’ll tell you before we proceed, not after.
Both. No job is too small. If your power point has stopped working or you need a single light fitted, give us a call. We’d rather help you sort a small problem now than have you ignore it until it becomes a large one.
Yes. We’re fully licensed and insured for all residential electrical work in NSW. We’re also ASP Level 2 accredited, which means we can carry out work that a standard electrician can’t, including consumer mains upgrades and direct connections to the electricity network.
We’re available after hours for genuine electrical emergencies. If something goes wrong in the evening or on a weekend, call us. We won’t leave you without power or in an unsafe situation.
